The images, except for the portrait, where the vertical side measures 450 pixels, are mostly 768
by 1024 pixels in size, numbers in front of the picture descriptions are serial numbers of the original
photo files. Full names of those participating in the photos: Janez Modrijan - Modrc, Metod Di Batista,
Marjan Juvan - Manč, Marjan Baričič, Marko Vogrič - Mare and Rok Brajkovič - Brajko.
The names of parts of the cave are often the author's.
This day was primarily dedicated to the birthday boy, who completed the first truly noteworthy
anniversary since Abraham in enviable shape. The author's restlessness, or more precisely, his cave
photography vein, forced him however to go to Škofji lom to see how much debris this year's floods, which
were not few, left at the entrance to the most important cave on this side of the valley Babni dol. And if
there had been little work to do with opening the entrance (he only took a rake with him), he would of
course have taken the opportunity to make some more pictures. Škofji lom story
unfolded better than expected, so the author missed
the festive feast and its best part, according to everyone, the potato salad with cucumbers. But there
was enough left to taste it properly, for which many thanks to Janez!

Radošca 3
55684. Mare, Brajko and Marjan in front of the entrance to the cave, or more precisely, the work site. The tunnel made by the digging team may lead to an as yet unknown continuation of the Najdena jama. Mare and Brajko are preparing to pull out buckets with excavated rocks, and Marjan is preparing to go into the cave.
55685. Metod (with white helmet) and Manč are advancing to the depths. The birthday boy stayed in Članska vas, preparing the afternoon feast.
55686. View across the collapse doline to the west, where the entrance to the previous worksite, Radošca 2, is situated under the wall. Brajko is standing next to it.

55688. Manč retreated to the surface, ...
55689. ... and Metod behind him. They gave the third member a chance to prove what can be done, and to Mare, who will initiate the process and usually has a lucky hand in such a role.
55690. 3 meters higher and a little to the side is the vertical entrance to Radošca 1, now more and more overgrown with cobwebs.

55691. ... has grown along the path towards Radošca. Mare had already mowed the grass, but the fern grew later.
The Škofji Lom cave
55693. On the steep bank of the now dry riverbed that leads to Maocetung Cave and the Škofji Lom Cave, there are many large patches of ...
55694. ... of longleaf speedwell, Veronica longifolia.
55695. The entrance to the cave is in a shady bank, from behind the grass one can see the top of a concrete arch.
55696. The grated entrance door cannot be opened yet, due to the debris in front of it.
55697. A grass frog, Rana temporaria, jumped out of the pile of debris before the rake could reach it.
55699. There was not much debris, and after a quarter of an hour of work, he raked it into a pile, then threw it little by little with his hands over the eastern side of the rocky cut (to the right).
55700. It was already three in the afternoon and the time for Janez celebration was practically here, but the author still decided to walk to the car, waiting in the shade at the field road in Babni dol, 5-minutes away, to change into caving suit and return to the cave to take some pictures. In the picture - a view from the ledge above the bottom of the Entrance Tunnel towards the north, to the right, to the eastern wall of the tunnel.

55706. There was little time, so the author turned the head on the top of the tripod back towards the cave entrance. In the middle of the picture is a rock, which he calls the Sword of Damocles, and below it is the passage to the slope of an artificial, narrower tunnel to the entrance.
55707. Another view of the rock from below the entrance. The rock is quite poorly attached to the wall, hence its name.

55712. The birthday boy doesn't like to be photographed, too, but he likes the beauty, and whenever he comes, he delights the party with the most beautiful automotive color, metallic golden chestnut.
