Most images are approximately 768 x 1024 pixels in size, numbers in front of the picture descriptions are serial numbers of the original photo files. Jože Stražišar, of the Karlovica Caving Society (Jamarsko društvo Karlovica) helped with the excursion, and Vladimir Levašov from the Ljubljana Cave Exploration Society did a great job in its implementation. The name of the cave is not given due to the risk of pollution or damage to its interior. Before visiting the stalactite part of the cave, the author and Vladimir put on clean shoes (the author, who was sitting on the ground in some of the photos, also wore a different, clean caving suit) and did their best to protect the environment in the cave as much as possible.

VL33. Klok on the rope between the first and second rebelay

54617. The author was the first to descend to the ledge above the bottom of the entrance shaft. In the photo: view from the entrance shaft, below the second rebelay, towards the entrance.

54618. View of the entrance from the point where the entrance shaft opens up a little more.

54620. View from the ledge towards the top of the shaft

54621. The place where the gravel collapse in the Main Hall of the cave turns into a flowstone covered one.

54624. View from the foot of the stalactite slope towards its top

VL35. How the previous photo was made.

54627. Flowstone drapery and a bat

54625. On the back of this heap there was another bat

VL34. One more bat, also a lesser horseshoe bat, Rhinolophus hipposideros

54628. The skull and bones, which according to the findings of Primož Presetnik - Pipistrel (due to the large length and shape of the skull as well as the shape and arrangement of the premolars and molars) very likely belong to a wolf, Canis lupus. After falling to the bottom of the entrance shaft, the animal retreated some 15 meters to the side, under the stalagmite part of the hall, and met its end there. The ball at the top right is not part of the skeleton, it was added for measure. It is made of beech wood and has a diameter of 40 mm.

54630. View from the top of the stalactite part of the hall downwards ...

54631. ... here the opposite wall of the hall is also illuminated.

54635. Two artfully shaped columnar stalagmites in a side niche

54637. A plateau with broken rock strata at the top of the stalactite part of the cave

54638. Vladimir with over 20 kg of equipment that he carried from the bottom of the entrance shaft. The author only carried himself.
